There are more complaints that there are never enough employees on the floor to help customers.Most of the employees wish they were able to do more.
The problem is some of the managers are more concerned with spending time in the office than they are helping on the floor.
I also don't understand why all of the sudden the company feels the need to waste money on commercials when they could hire more employees.It might be helpful if some of those managers would actually be willing he help the minimum wage paid employees make the customers experience better.
