Of course I read all these review after I ordered, call and complain, and then....my order gets cancelled the next day because it’s “out of stock”
I call after asking why it is taking so long for my order to be placed, I find out after processing and shipping I won’t get the order until around Jan 5th - since I need my fabric of Xmas gifts of course I ask to change shipping addresses. What happens?
They don’t allow you to change shipping or cancellations- but yet they can cancel your order smh! So I suggest them to change their website policy because it is 2018! How do you have an online store but you don’t have the option to change shipping address or cancellations? They are TERRIBLE AT STOCK AND INVENTORY!
They just need to close down their online shop! It’s a shame!
