I needed more yarn for my project. The website showed 6 skeins were in stock at my local Joanns.

When I got there, they had none on the shelf. I asked an associate who was shooting the breeze with another associate, if she could look in the back. She got snooty with me and just said if it's not on the shelf, then we don't have it. I left the store and drove 45 minutes to get it at another Joanns.

When I ran out again a few days later, I looked at my local Joanns again and found they had some on the shelf. I mentioned to the cashier that I was glad they got more in, since I was here and they told me you were out. She said, "No, we didn't get more in.

It was in the back". I can tell you I will not be back after being treated like this!
