i order 10 yards of trim on special order to be transferred from peru,il store to bloomington IL store on 10-16-16 the order went through fine the person who help me in the bloomington store did great and i pay for the item plus shipping week pass by no order came i went to the store after 10 days no order and i call on 10 -29-16 finally i was told my order was sent to a store in Washington state and they are in the process of shipping it i was so disappointed for the luck of coustomer service and attempt to find out why that order is there in the part of the two stores in the process of that i lost a client and the job i need that trim for since i cant return special order i am stuck with it.joann needs to train their associates how to do special order and sent it to the right place.
