Waiting in line to check out with 29 other people with ONE cashier....oh wait there is now 2 slow cashiers. This is the 2nd time I've come in and the line is crazy long!

Walked out last time. Should've know.

As a former cashier, let me tell you it is the customers who tend to hold us up. They don't have their coupons ready or want to ask about them, they don't know how to use their phones, they forgot their wallet in the car, their card won't work, the list goes on and on. Think about that before you blame the cashier who is just trying to make ends meet.

Funny thing is, it's probably the customers holding things up, not the cashiers. Most of the time it seems like no one has their coupons ready, then spend 3 minutes, at the register, finding them. What are people doing in line, complaining instead of having the foresight to get their business together?
