They asked me to call again and the rep appears to have fixed the order. If it arrives without being cancelled I will mark as resolved. And probably never buy online again.

I emailed Joann's about the issue and they credited me the $10 I felt I was overcharged even though in small print on the back of the ad it did say online was higher.
I appreciated their response to the email and the refund.
Original review posted by user Nov 26, 2014Received mailer for Black Friday 2014 sale. No where in the ad does it say that prices are in store only or higher online. Placed an order at Midnight as soon as the sale started to be sure I got the 75% off flannel I wanted. (The website was so slow that it took an hour to try and get it processed) I look at the confirmation today and realized the price was 2.29 not 1.75 which would have been 75% off. I called and the girl said their were two different prices. The mailer I have does not say ANYWHERE that there is a different price for online vs instore. It's False advertising!

Joann's did finally reply and they did offer me the original price and issued a credit. I offered them my opinions on how they could better their customer service by changing the way they handle out of stocks and where this info is on their website. They responded saying they are working on this hopefully they will.

Update, just received an email from Joann's saying they have shipped three organizers. Amazing that now that they are not on super sale they have them in stock to ship!
It has only been 9 days since the original order was placed. Have yet to here a reply from customer service to the email I sent two days ago!
Original review posted by user Oct 03, 2014Bead storage offered at 55% off. I ordered four of a storage system. Ordered arrived with only one piece shipped. Note on invoice stated item was unexpectedly out of stock and my account was credited. I went to website and item is still being offered for ordering, so obviously they have not discontinued selling it. I sent a question to customer service asking why they would not ship the balance of my order when restocked but they have not bothered to reply. I feel like they don't want to sell the item at the discounted price. I actually tried to order the item again at full price just to see if it would allow it to go through and it did. Will see if it arrives. For such a large company they have very poor systems. If the item is out of stock it should not be offered to order and take your payment.
