Joann Fabric - Didn’t get refund in the original form
I bought a skein of yarn yesterday, paid with cash. Today I had to return it. I had the receipt, but I was given a store credit. That was not the original form of payment. When I asked the cashier, she said store policy, sorry. she needs to be trained better.

They always run sales but prices are so inflated even the sale prices are higher than similar at competitors.

Joann Fabric - Missing One Block
Purchased the Ocean Breeze Kit, all at once, when it went in sale. There is a block missing from the setting quilt and I can't find the same fabrics for one in the store. Triangle Unit C. So unhappy with the way these blocks were cut.

I purchased a machine last month & signed up for class. What a joke they could not get people connected to wifi. I live 60 miles from there so i signed up for another class. I walked away frustrated
