Joann Fabric - Worse cashier

11-24-2018 5:17:22pm cashier #760765 Cashier called me over, “Next!” Walked up to her and smiled at her. She glared at me wordlessly. No, “Hi” no “did you find everything you need” no “how are you” no “thank you.” Just silence and no eye contact. At the end of the transaction, she thrust a receipt at me. I just stared at her to see if she’d speak to me. Not a word, just shoved the items across the counter at me after I took the receipt. Just wow! Wow. How about a bit of training in customer service.

Joann Fabric - Not customer-oriented

Yesterday I was at the store in Succasunna NJ with a friend and we were both having trouble loading the 15% off Fabric coupon to our phones and the store did not have a generic barcode to give us the extra discount. The cashier could clearly see we had the coupon but just could not get it loaded and still did not give us the discount. Not sure I will shop at the store again.
