Do you offer a training for the machines purchased from your store. I recently spent close to $3,000.00 and need some training on the embroidery machine and serger can’t get the Sewimg dep to respond to my calls
Joann Fabric - Charged twice
I noticed that joanns had charged my bank account twice for my order. I called customer service, joanns said thats our guarantee that we get paid. Ill never shop there again, and Im going to complain all over the internet

Joann Fabric - Sick of flannel pilling!
Last few times I washed flannel on delicate and tumble dried on low....every single cut pilled! Done with Joann flannel. And I made frequent purchases. So mad.

Joann Fabric - On line orders terrible
I ordered 2 Cardinal blankets for Christmas gifts. They took our money right away but never shipped the blankets. After a month yes a month of waiting we emailed. A few days later a refund. Nothing was said? Really how about sorry for two gifts gone. Never again!

11-24-2018 5:17:22pm cashier #760765 Cashier called me over, “Next!” Walked up to her and smiled at her. She glared at me wordlessly. No, “Hi” no “did you find everything you need” no “how are you” no “thank you.” Just silence and no eye contact. At the end of the transaction, she thrust a receipt at me. I just stared at her to see if she’d speak to me. Not a word, just shoved the items across the counter at me after I took the receipt. Just wow! Wow. How about a bit of training in customer service.
