Cards that are left
- - I was told you can't issue the 104.69 value of two cards.
- - I was away and in hospital in Feb and Mar 2025.
- - I couldn't use the cards.
I was informed you cannot issue me the 104.69, the value of the two cards I have in my possession. I was not home, nor can I explain my health in February, March, and etc.
of 2025. I was in and out of hospitals all month. So, to use the cards, I was not able to do so.
I am 74 years old and thought JoAnn would cover the expenses. I am so sorry I contacted you guys.

I placed two orders from Joann Fabric Stores online on the 31st of July, 2025, to the tune of $386.92. Till today, I have not received the products or a refund of the money already taken out of my account.
Several requests were made to the company, and the only response I received was, 'I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. I'll contact the courier company immediately to verify the specific situation.'
One of the order numbers is #39434.

I have two gift cards to get refunded
- - Gift cards are no longer accepted and I wasn't told until I arrived.
- - I didn't hear it on radio or Facebook; not sure if it was in the newspaper.

They never advertised about not taking gift cards until it was too late.
When I had got there, they said they were not taking gift cards any longer, but I had not heard anything on the radio or on Facebook. I dont get the newspaper, so Im not sure if they had advertised in the newspaper about not accepting gift cards.

Everything is still the same.
Didn't receive two orders from June 3rd and June 6th. I was able to track the first order and they said it was delivered.
I never received anything from Joann's. The first order was a sewing machine and the second was machine needles and 3 different kinds of yarn.
Can I either get my order or refund my money. This has gone on way to long.
