Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Jo-Ann finally reached out to to answer my question if they got my orders and the said I ordered from the wrong website. I had already asked my credit card company to pull back my payments after showing them the websites were bogus.
Jo-Ann fabric store is going out of business. I rarely used them because they were too expensive.
Unfortunately I fell for a bogus advertisement. Luckily I got my money back.
And it took them a week to contact me but I think that was because of your help. So Thank you
Poor customer service
I visited the Citrus Park store of Joann Fabrics, hoping to find some bargains, and found a few items. If you want to be treated with disrespect and rudeness, then definitely go to this store, you won't be disappointed.
Apparently this is the norm for this store, after seeing some of the other reviews.
My experience at the fabric counter was less than satisfactory. I was required to wait for an extended period, as there was no associate available to assist me. When a staff member finally approached, I inquired about an additional percentage discount on the fabrics I wished to purchase. Unfortunately, her response was dismissive and rude; she claimed to have no information regarding the promotion and indicated that such matters were addressed at the front of the store.
Upon reaching the front, I asked my question concerning the extra discount. I was informed that I had already received the additional reduction, yet I did not comprehend the basis for it and requested clarification. This request appeared to exacerbate the situation, as the staff responded with rudeness and with a lack of professionalism. I was told that I have already received the extra discount and its basis math, what dont I understand.
When I sought an apology for their treatment, I was informed that I had been treated well.
While it is regrettable that many individuals are facing job loss in the current economic climate, there is no justification for the rudeness or condescension directed toward customers. All individuals deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy in a business environment.
Poor management even when going out of business
The manger at Joann fabrics Cary I believe is her name she totally lied to my boss that they hire to find people to sit with signs she told him a complete lie and then when I got proof from. Another business that that *** was lying on us were a team they asked my friend back and not me that just goes to show business are going down heal TOO IT'S SAD WHEN A FEMALE HATES ON ANOTHER FEMALE EVEN SADDER THAT A MANGER WHOM NOT EVEN MY MANGER LIES ON AN EMPLOYEE I GUESS CAUSE I PROOFED SHE WAS A LIER THEY DIDNT LIKE THAT BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS TO BAD FOR THEM IM OK WITH MY SELF SO THEY LOST NOT ME.keep things real with employees no one can trust lyer if u are lying then that makes me wonder what else your lying about

Ordered a small sewing machine and the money was taken out of my checking account but no delivery.
Then today I got another notice with all my information in it.
Telling me that they could only hold it 24 hours. I'm just waiting on my shipment because it has already been pulled out of my checking account.

I don't know if I got scammed or my order got lost. All I know is: it took no time to charge my checking account for the payment.
Still no product.
Today I opened my email and there is another option to order one at the same price that they have already gotten to me for. Has all my information on the email already.

Tried if rude employees at Joann’s
I have gone to Joannns fabric 3 times since November and for no reason have been treated rudely. The manager there is obnoxious!
Other people have voiced the same opinion. I said to the manager in November how are you? She said we dont answer the question in here. Strange behavior.
I went in again and was the only customer at the fabric cutting table. I was getting fleece for a couple of blankets to make. I told her what I wanted and she said, I will cut this this time if we had a long line I would not cut 2 pieces of the same fabric. I said really thats the fleece my grand children wanted.
There was no one in line. Very strange behavior. Same manager. I went in last week and she was strange again.
I said every time I come in here why are you obnoxious. She said I didnt realize I was. I went in with my granddaughter who is 20, 2 days ago. She picked out a fur type black fleece.
The manager would not cut 2 yards separately. Thats the only way I make the blanket. My granddaughter said they are always rude in here. The cashier apologized to me.
We need a great fabric and craft store, with people with great customer service. I am nice and always treat people cordial.

I recently purchased a large amount of yarn from your store, and my package somehow ended up at a location far from the one I listed as my mailing address. I would like the yarn to be sent to me or to receive a refund as the total was over $170.
FedEx will not assist me with my issue unless I provide them with the exact address of where the package was sent.
However, the only information Joanns has given me is the city and state to which it was delivered, which is nowhere near my address. Please contact me as soon as possible via email or by phone.

I am upset, this isn't the first time I've been cheated out of my orders. The company's don't want to send out another order so the customer is out the money and the product.

I ordered five mugs. The packaging left a lot to be desired.
They were wrapped and loosely tossed in a box. Two arrived broken. I took pictures on the day they arrived, contacted the company, and sent in the photos. They wanted to offer a refund for one.
Excuse me, I didn't package them poorly and mail them.
You did. Get your act together, do right by your customers, and perhaps the rating wouldn't be so low.

I was charged three different times for different amounts, and I only ordered one order. I couldn't resolve it at the store.
I tried calling customer service, but they close at 6 PM Eastern Time, and now I am $200 out of pocket for no reason. I am not happy.
The customer service is subpar all around. It's not fair that I have to pay my insurance late because they are wrongly charging my account.

I realize they are going out of business and things are in a termoil but they sure didnt have any trouble capturing my money from my credit card. How can I find out what is happening with my order

It appears that English might be your fifth language, with Jibberish being your fourth one. Why are you wasting people's time complaining about a store that is currently in liquidation, because the entire company is getting ready to completely fold?
They no longer accept their own gift cards, they no longer do returns and they no longer have website sales. Once everything in the stores is gone, they are locking the doors forever.
NO ONE at corporate will care about your incoherent ramblings! They are too busy looking for other employment!
If you can’t write and spell at a junior high school level in a complaint about your job, you don’t deserve to have that job. You didn’t even try and have someone else proofread for you.
