I ordered items on cyber Monday, got a email on the 2nd of Dec. advising that items were canceled.
Called the Cust service number and got a very rude rep that advised me the warehouse was out of stock. After advising her that if I went back online the items were still available for purchase.
She said " sir i dont know what you want me to do, we run out of items all the time" Point I was trying to make was if the warehouse is out of stock on a item why can I still go online and order that item. She put no effort into a solution for me and basically laughed at me when I express frustration.
