I placed an order for foam balls on December 10 to make all my ornaments for the holidays and, as of today, December 25, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER.

I had to run out and spend tons of money replacing the ornaments.

The authorization for this order came through the bank the second day, then disappeared for EIGHT DAYS before charging the account.

The order was shipped literally ten minutes after I contacted Customer Service on the sixth day to find out why the order hadn't shipped, so it is obvious someone was deliberately holding it back.

Joann website says order processing within three days, and delivery between 5-7 business days.

Not only was "Customer Service" completely unreachable by phone despite repeated attempts, my service ticket wasn't even ANSWERED until the evening of December 24!

The message promised two 50% off coupons which have yet to arrive.

Based on the other complaints on line, it's clear that Joann company is very deliberately and viciously discriminating against *SOME* of their customers.

I would suggest boycotting Joann in favor of Hobby Lobby or another of the many great crafting supplies companies who DO treat their customers fairly.

Monetary Loss: $20.
