JOANN Fabric - Online ordering sucks

I ordered online for fabric and 3 out of the 6 fabrics were cancelled. When I finally got the fabric 2 weeks later I was shorted by 6 yards of fabric.
I also tried to do same day order pickup for the store in Queen creek and just received an email that my order was cancelled. When I look online though it says there is 8 yards of it and I only need 2.
There is obviously something wrong with their inventory list and ordering system. I am beyond annoyed that my orders keep getting cancelled and/or shorted.

Worst online experience ever. Items get cancelled from your order and they donโt even notify you.
When you check the item on their site it still says in stock for shipping even though itโs not available. Their customer service reps are rude when you try to contact them. I ordered a sign and it was wrapped in brown paper, not even in a box.
I wouldnโt recommend shopping with them. Go to Hobby Lobby or Michaelโs.
