I purchased fabric on November 6th. I received it the 10th, and shipped it back the same day to return it.

I purchased delivery confirmation and it was confirmed that it arrived on the 15th. I never received a refund. I emailed customer service December 23rd, and they responded quickly, asking for my order information. I provided it, and then I never heard back.

Called on Tuesday, was told I'd be contacted within 24 hours, it's now been 36 and haven't heard anything.

Getting extremely upset that I am out $75 and the fabric. I am never purchasing from Joann.com again.

Monetary Loss: $75.
