Shopping in Joann fabric S Mall Dr BR, Louisiana on 1/15/2020 a manager not 15 foot from door to store began screaming at an employee, not sure what it was about Im looking for another exit or a place to hide as the front door is block. At this time I had no idea who it was nor whats going on. Did they have a gun was it a robbery. Idk. Very scary. This reprimand should have been done somewhere else like idk in private

Horrible manager | Joann Fabric

Stacey at the Joann fabric store in Mobile Alabama is a racist. This isn’t the first time I had dealing with her. This is the first time I got her name. I’m talking to her and she would not look me in the face. I was in the store last week and another African American woman was In rage. Because she was to help her and went to help a Caucasian woman who came after she. I was in the store and present when this happened. I notice if Stacey happens to be at the cash register when a African American come next. She leaves the register.

Enough ambition??? How about this for ambition....no the cashier does not know why you never recieved your email. But I can tell you how the order got there....at any given time an order is placed, there is maybe 2 other people on the floor to process the order....the 2 people spend most of their day running all over the place taking phone calls and checking for product for those calls, they are back ups for the registers and cutting counter, they are providing customers service for people in the store that are not to lazy to come look for themselves, they are busy cleaning up bathrooms, and receiving freight, and the list goes on.....so next time why not just call if u don't see your email......or better yet come shop in the store like everyone else.

Whoever told you it would be fulfilled same day lied. We get it in that we have an order same day, but we’re normally busy cleaning up and closing after 5. We try to get the orders done, but sometimes we just can’t.
