Saw online that store was dog friendly if leashed. Took mine and put her in cart on a dog cushion of mine. Was rudely asked if she is a service animal, I answered no and I was asked to leave. Not nicely but in a stern, demanding way.

Called to check order status. Next day they cancelled it. Did I bother them by calling?. Got in touch again to get a refund and was told to take it up with my bank!! Unbelievable.
