Ordered craft supplies for a school project a month in advance, will not be delivered until past the project due date. I contacted customer service cause it had been 7 days since i ordered and still hadn't received any tracking information, thats because it hadnt even been processed yet, i asked if i could just cancel at that point so i could order elsewhere, i was told that i could not as it was being processed.

Within an hour of that call i received an email stating the order shipped...will not be here till a week after the project due date.

Very upset as i ordered a month in advance! Poor customer service and care...will never make another financial contribution to Joanns...they could have made an attempt to right the wrong but offered nothing.
