I asked when I went into if my gift card was good. The check out person said yes.

The register would not take it. This happened today

I received a Joann’s gift card for Christmas 2017. I ordered an item on line, but I didn’t like it and returned it to a local store.

They were unable to put the amount back on my gift card. I had take the time to send an email to customer service and then I had to wait 3 weeks to receive the amount on another gift card. Ridiculous! I’m hardly using Joann anymore to purchase craft items.

They’re going from bad to worse.

I blame corporate for poor customer service. The managers at the stores are under an extreme amount of stress to produce and the powers that be don’t know how to run a craft store, don’t understand the needs of their customers, and change their policies from hour to hour.
