Ordered fabric online on Nov 24.Wanted to make a quilt for Christmas.
It's now Dec 6, I just called their customer service and they can't figure out what happened. They need to call the warehouse and gave me a ticket number. Said it would take 24 hours for someone to call me with an update! This is crap!
What kind of online company takes this long to fill and ship an order?So disappointed in Joanns
