I ordered using an electronic gc and a regular gc from JoAnn's. One of the items on my order was cancelled by them (after they had already confirmed my entire order and deducted the amount from the gc's) and they did not put the amount back on either gc.
It's been over 2 weeks and 2 e-mails, and I had to call today.
They are sending me a separate gc which should take about 2 weeks - I am not happy at all about this, especially since they are the ones who cancelled the item and then did not credit either of my gc's! I guess they really don't want people to shop with them.
