I just left your Bellevue store in Washington and tears because your employees were extremely disrespected. How to work my? New phone because my phone was stolen I'm at the go I did not NFC capable so I was not able to purchase my items which I was already extremely embarrassed which I don't know why I shouldn't feel embarrassed but I did and I was already in tears and the employees knew about it I was right by the check stand the manager of the Zurich continue to walk past me every 5 minutes huffing and puffing and then when I finally you got the balls so get up and walk out she sat there and yelled at me in front of other customers embarrassing me even more and bring me tears in front of everybody and she's extremely disrespective store the fact that you have a 70% disability is absolutely outrageous and I don't even see how you guys are still in business and I'm just I'm not even going to wait for your guys's response I'm going to go ahead and just post my video to every social media outlet that I have and highly suggest that nobody goes to the Jo-Ann Fabrics in The Crossroads Mall area ever until they do a total revamp of customer service and fire all their employees especially management absolutely ridiculous that I'm walking out of there in tears one I'm already grieving over my brother it's his birthday today he died 2 years ago the reason why I was in your store just shopping around getting some cleaners items trying to burn the time away you know and I can't even I can't even shop and do that because internet because my nfc's not working on my phone all the sudden I'm doing something wrong and I that deserves me to be screened and yelled at and huffed and puffed at and believe like I'm in high school I will not put up with it it's an absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable I will never come to the store again and I highly suggest nobody else does at the store is destroyed you cannot find anything is absolutely disorganized everything is everywhere it looks like the store is closing it's it's a mess it's absolutely awful horrible customer service horrible *** the place looks like it's closing down another customer came up to me and made a comment to me about how disorganized and how much of a mess it was and how everything was just everywhere and it looked like the store was closing that's how much of a disarray this store is so they really need to revamp their customer service when it comes to their belly store but it from the reviews it looks like they need to revamp their customer service from me entire *** nobody likes Joann Fabrics nobody likes Joanne's because if you guys are horrible customer service skills and the fact that you guys aren't doing anything about it 70% of people are dissatisfied with your company that is a serious problem

They are not making customers aware of processing and shipping issues prior to purchase and they are not adhering to their own corporate Service Level Agreements I agreeed to prior to placing my order. I was on the phone for over an hour on hold and spoke with customer service and a manager and was not given anything for their failure to follow their own corporate rules. I placed 2orders with this company’s website on December 3rd and 5th and they can not promise I will receive them prior to the 24th even though their corporate SLA is 10 days. If I would have known I would not have ordered from their website Joann.com if I was made aware prior to purchase I would not receive the orders prior to Christmas I would not have placed the orders. Joann’s is not offering any remedies for their deceptive business practices. Sorry is not enough.

I like shopping at Joannes which is not close to me, and using the coupons. But it should not be a difficult thing to do to get access to the coupons. if we open the app, we are to have access to everything on the app and not have to sign in to get coupons. I’ve had a lot of difficulty since I first started trying to use the app to have access to coupons because of having to sign in every time, and it not recognizing what I put in.
