Joann Fabric - So upset/ Terrible service
I have a special order placed on feb 2,2018 for (2) bolts of fabric I was told it would be available in about one week. After numerous calls it is now one month from the day that I ordered it and I still have no fabric.I have received ZERO calls THIS OUTRAGEOUS ! this is fabric for a wedding !!! Just horrified by this customer service!!!!

Joann Fabric - Customer Service is very bad
I bought my Singer Serger about a year ago. I was told that I would have any questions I needed answered about it for life. I brought it in one day just to have it rethreaded and the tension adjusted and I was told they didn’t do that anymore on the Singer Serger! What?! Very disappointing. I won’t be shopping at Joanns any longer, and I have a very successful Sewing Business!

Joann Fabric - Coupon bait and switch scammers
The online coupons never seem to apply at the register since what i am buying is always "already on sale" everytime. I think harbor freight had a class action against them that they lost, and it was for sort of the same thing. They entice you to come in with a 60% off coupon that never applies since what you are buying is already on sale. Lame. Im done with Joann.com and their retail stores.
