The policy at Joann’s must be move as slow as possible and avoid making the customers happy. They appear as though they are moving at half speed. I went to Joann’s in Fresno on Blackstone 3 months ago, had fabric cut, then had to leave because I did not have the 45 minutes to wait in line to pay. Horrible experience time and time again.

my friend and i were laughing really hard in an aisle and a woker provably in her late 60s yelled at me and my friend like we were 5 and she said to”settle down this is a store not a playground” i’m sorry u didn’t know laughingvwas illegal!!! i have received better hospitality at michaels and i recommend it rather than joann fabrics.
