Joann Fabric - Not customer-oriented

Yesterday I was at the store in Succasunna NJ with a friend and we were both having trouble loading the 15% off Fabric coupon to our phones and the store did not have a generic barcode to give us the extra discount. The cashier could clearly see we had the coupon but just could not get it loaded and still did not give us the discount. Not sure I will shop at the store again.

Joann Fabric - Advertisement discount

November 24, 2018. I Went to the store thinking my complete purchase was going to be twenty five percent off of my complete purchase with my coupon. Tjis didnt happen. I believe that was false advertisement. I spend atleast $100 - $200 each month at Joanns store some months. I'm very disappointed. Your advertisements were misleading.
