I was totally disgusted by the attitude I got for simply asking why everything on the shelf was not priced and she acted like it was my fault. I left 300 worth of ideas on the shelf. I bought a 300 dollar Cricut and didn’t receive everything with it! I have never been so disrespected. The military didn’t treat me with such little respect....

Difficulties getting my in store questions even answerrd | Joann Fabric review

I am really concerned about the clerks and workers herein. My sister and I were raised with manners and respect for others; and we were disappointed that these basic courtesies were not shown to us in return; though we intended to purchase from the store. This is the second, consecutive discouraging experience with the Kokomo Indiana store. I worry that management or perhaps corporate issues contribute to these significant climate dynamics. This hardly makes sound business sense in today's competitive market place. Perhaps decreases in consumer spending trends can assist those responsible to prioritize customer service. Thanks for listening, and I sure hope things get better for Joann's valuable clerks and workers.

I sent you an email right after I ordered online Oct. 2, 2019. No one contacted me as of yet. Today the 4th, I get an email survey asking if the customer service rep answered my questions. How can I answer if they didn't contact me? I tried to call the 1-888-739-4120 and Verizon said it couldn't go through and check the number. I did, it was correctly put in my iPhone. Does anyone take a request of a problem or complaint anymore? Very disappointed in Joann Fabric's online ordering.

Charged twice on my debit card | Joann Fabric review

Not happy at all. First, I placed an order online on 9/30/19 and got charged as expected. On 10/1/19 I see two additional charges on my debit card. Once for $34.33 and the second for $5.46. I order a planner from the website and it was completely bent on every corner. This isn’t the first time it happens either. The product came in a plastic bag in which case it should come in a box to prevent it from getting damaged.

Details
Im very often overcharged on my purchases. Cashiers arent as knowledagable. Good place to shop and friendly staff but their prices is twice as as any other store. I also find prices are not updated on the shelves. And they dont honor it. Items ring up higher on the register. They wont do anything to adjust it to the shelf price.
