Pellon flex foam 2 sided fusible out of stock for weeks

I use this item to make bags and since moving here from Virginia I find it hard to get. Our store here at 1200 Charleston Hwy, West Columbia, SC has been out of stock for weeks. Please please tell me why they cant get any in stock! I generally buy it 10 yds at a time so to order online I can only get two yards plus I have to pay shipping. This is ridiculous! Being harassed by store manager.

I Have been going to Joann's store on M59 in Michigan for several years. I attend the sewing classes there and have always enjoyed myself.

Of course, I always buy my fabric and sewing items at this Joann's store. The Viking sewing teacher has many classes and i am there once or twice a week. I am handicapped and have a service dog that goes with me. there has never been a problem.

He is trained.

A few months a new manage came to work at the store and since then i have been personally harassed by this manager (Her first name is Diane. She would not tell me her last name. It was none of my business).

The first incident was when i went to sewing class with my dog. I had not just walked in to the store with my sewing items and my dog on his lease.

she met me at the door and told me the dog could not come in. I know I have seen other dogs in the store. I told her he was a service dog and showed her his paperwork. She then preceded to give me rules that the dog must follow while being in the store.

This incident upset me greatly but i did go to sewing class and tried to put it out of my mind. but the problems with her continue. there was a time she was at the register, and it was my turn to check me out. i trayed to ask her about the plastic bags at checkout to perches.

she completely cut me off and told me how much i owed for my stuff. this was when i was just going to sewing class so i purchased things i will need in class. I told her I didnt need a bag since i was just taking it to class. she told me to leave my receipt out because she will be around to check what i am using in class.

The shear implication of what she was saying to me was not missed. before I could say anything, she called the next person to check out. Dring sewing class she did come and open my rolling sewing bag tha i bring my machine in and stared to as if i got my plastic rulers at Josans (at this time my sewing teacher was giving me instructions and i did noy reply and she walked away). My sewing teacher asked what that was about, and we talked about the incident in class and i was told that was just her personality.

Another incidet i tryed to ignore.

So many i trayed to ignore.

Another time (You had a store closing and i bought several bolts of fabric and i use this Fabick for some projects. i was able before to bring in my bolt of fabric and compare with other fabric with my teacher to figure out what would work better. Myself as well as other people in class but our fabric on bolts at home to make them easier to see. Well, she come into the sewing area and told me i could no longer bring in bolts of fabric.

She said that she could not be sure i brought i in with me. Again, the implications. She told me if i did it again she would call the police. I left the store right then.

i had enough.

I was already signed up for the next class so my friend talked me in to coming to class today. I went in and she was at the door she looked through my bag to see what was in it and then put a pace of green Joann's tape across my bad indicating she checked it. when i was leaving she stopped me again and said she need to take the tape off so she looked in my bag again.

I just cant take it anymore. There are a lot more incandescent such as she said my dog could not go in the rest room with me.

Ugh???

I have never written anything like this before but i feel it is necerasry. As a handy caped person i am taken advantage of and i learn to live with it. I cant handle a lot of stress (I am not making this up i had a small heart attack in sewing class two months ago. I did noy know at the time it was a heart attach.

My sewing teacher Kearen got me out of the store).

I am crying as i write this. this was a place i could go and relax with my friends and at this point i refuse to go there again.

This Diane told me it is corperet rules that everything we bring into the sewing area has to be inspected. If that is the rule she was not following it before and if it is the rule she is policing it now.

So at some point she has made a mistake.

Unfair acts at Joann Distribution Center in Opelika AL

I have a deep discrimination matter with management at Joann. I have been treated very unfairly for four years and today they let me go because Jenna was doing Kronos audits and saw that it wasnt adding up.

She picked one person, and I think they only picked her time card because of the assumptions they have put out about me and her. I feel like they have been profiling me and before I take legal action and file a discrimination case, I need someone to get in contact with me so that I can discuss. They watch my truck and everything I do. I come to work and do my job.

Its a list of stuff and before I contact my lawyer or go public, I need someone to please get in touch with me. Have a blessed day

What do you mean not adding up? If you work say five days a week, you should have ten punches.

Five on time entries and five on time departures. You being compliant with Kronos is the easiest thing to monitor.

Price jump

About 2 months ago I went into the Tigard, Or store. I purchased a 8oz bottle of Fabri-Tac for 9.97. I went in 3 days ago and the same bottle was well over 16.00. That price hike is outrageous. I'm a senior on limited income and now I can't even afford the product I need for my craft. This way of doing business is so sad.

Order placed on 11/20

Never received any update on my order. It is still in processing stage since 11-20-2023. I have no idea why it has not shipped. These are all xmas items and it is already 12-7-2023. HELP !

Never received part of my order!

JoAnn's shipped my order out in 3 seperate orders! Somehow I just knew they would lose part of my order by doing this!

I am missing 6 items! And one of the packages I did receive was half opened! Thankfully that one had all the items (2 canvas). I have called and was told they can see I am missing the 6 items, she will check with team and update within 72 hours.

I called today 4 days later and the guys says " Its 3 days, not 72 hours". Well, last time I checked it is the same thing lol. Its been 4 days!! So he says tomorrow you can call back!

Thus is awful service and not a sale when 6 items are missing that I have been charged for. This is the first and last time I shop with them and will continue to shop Hobby Lobby and Michaels!!

I was treated with disrespect by one of the employees

I placed an order at 10 oclock this morning. It said my order to be ready in two hours six hours went by so I called my store.

I was told the orders are being filled. I still heard nothing from them so I went in to ask about it. And one of the female employees was rude ignorant told me to get off my fat, lazy *** and go pull my order myself. There is no excuse for someone to talk to me that way if they dont want to pull peoples orders, they should not offer to be able to pick it up in the store.

She screamed at me in a store full of customers she degraded me she put me down. I will be reaching out to somebody above corporate to have this situation handled.

Store Hours

We have a JoAnn's Store located in Christiansburg, VA 24073. This store is hardly ever open.

The hours change almost every day. You never know when you can go to the store to get things. Nearly every day there is a handwritten note on the door saying the store is closed or the store is closing early. Then when you go into the store the stock on the shelves is minimal and the fabric available is very low.

I don't know what is happening at the store but it has gotten so bad that we felt it necessary to try to send a message in this fashion.

We have not gone so far as to draw attention on social media but that will probably be my next avenue to see what can be done.

I just want to be able to depend on when I can get the items I need and not have to guess each day when I may be able to get into the store and if anything is even going to be available. The website may say one thing and then when you get there it is different.

Worker conditions in Eugene, Oregon

Hello!

I visited your store the other day. There was a single cashier and about 15 people waiting in line.

The poor lady looked like she was about to fall over from exhaustion. When asked, I was told it had been scheduled that way by corporate. I also overheard that she had also not had time to take her break.

You're going to lose business.

I love shopping in store, always finding things to buy I never would have gone online for. If this is the way you treat your workers to in order drive your business online I'll be boycotting your website as well.

This experience showed a lack of love for your employees and I'll be sharing this story until the worker conditions improve.

I didnt want to pay shipping so I ordered from store for pickup. One of the fabrics I ordered said that they had 6 yards in store, when I picked up my order that fabric wasnt in it they said they didnt have it so I was pretty upset.

I got an email with a free shipping coupon to order said fabric online. I ordered the fabric that I needed this weekend on the 2nd of September. I still have not received the fabric and online it is still saying that it is processing.

I shop at Joann a lot and usually love it and have no issues but this has been a bad experience. I couldnt find a phone number so I sent an email with no response and now I finally find a phone number but it is apparently after hours

I am greatly disappointed in your company, I have consistently chosen joanns over hobby lobby because I felt you respected creativity and artisans. By that I mean sometimes it take sme a while to get my projects started and finished.

I always buy more, sometimes twice the amount, so that I will ensure myself that I have enough raw materials to finish my project. Today, I tried to return 11 lion brand skeins of wool ease yarn after having finished my project. I realize that, again it takes a while to finish a project so Joanns on Rockwell in Oklahoma city in Oklahoma, they wouldn't refund my money of which I had the receipt. I bought that yarn with the knowledge, at that time, that I can return the yarn when I was finished with my project as I have done many times.

Needless to say, I have No respect for your company and I will Not remain loyal. You have too much competition to operate under that, what I consider fraudulent, because when I bought the yarn it could be returned at price. I will go online and purchase my yarn elsewhere. I try my best to support my community through stores but I will no longer do it with you.

I hope that $73 was worth it to you.

I am an artisan that spends significantly for my raw materials, in addition I know Alot of artisans as well. I will make sure and let them know the shoddy experience with your company.

Hey hag, they give you 90 days to return the product. They don’t need or want a customer like you. They survived the pandemic and can be more selective and enforce their policies.

There isn't a date to return it. With a receipt you get the price you paid back without one the lowest price in the few months.
